MCC Frame Skip Partially Broken?
« on: September 20, 2023, 04:18:19 am »

These 2 commands do not work consistently

/MCWS/v1/Control/MCC?Command=28040&Parameter=1 MCC_STEP_FORWARD_FRAMES > should step forward 1 frame? = Steps forward 1 frame  :)

/MCWS/v1/Control/MCC?Command=28041&Parameter=1 MCC_STEP_BACK_FRAMES > should step backward 1 frame? = doesn't step backwards :(

/MCWS/v1/Control/MCC?Command=28041&Parameter=0 steps backwards by a keyframe as specified.
Additionally, trying to change the Parameter to anything other than 1 seems to result in a single frame being skipped rather than x number of frames.

31.0.56 Windows.

Thats about the extent of the support for Frame Stepping. Backwards single steps are not supported.

I did look at steppings greater then one, and that should be fixed in an upcoming build when using JRVR.

Makes sense :)

Thanks for looking at arbitrary values for stepping.

Any chance there could be a setting to essentially mute the audio output while stepping?
