Hello, I am using MacBook Pro with 32GB Ram, M1 Max, JRiver 31 (last update to 28 Oct 2023, MC 31.0.71 Silicon). My  DAC is XD05 Bal2, with last firmware. When I try to reproduce DSD512 source (File .dsf), don't work.
What is the correct JRiver Configuration for work?

In windows 11, not problem. The same file can be reproduce in DSD512 direct, no DoP.

macOS only supports DoP, which for DSD512 via DoP would require your DAC to support a PCM sample rate of 1411.2 kHz. Your DAC only supports a maximum of 768 kHz, which means via DoP on macOS your DAC only supports up to DSD256. That means on macOS you're only going to be able to play/bitstream up to DSD256, not DSD512.

You'd have to use Windows and native DSD for DSD512 or in macOS do a conversion of DSD512 to DSD256. The conversion would be a lossy conversion and goes through a PCM conversion in the middle, e.g. DSD512 > PCM > DSD256. Those are the only ways.
