TV Recording
« on: November 21, 2023, 09:41:08 am »

I'd really like the JR recording process to be handled by a System Service (Windows) - daemon.

I need committed recordings to be handled smoothly - even if the desktop goes pear shaped - or there's a reboot for whatever reason.

More important to me than some of the other 'nice to haves' - the underlying function of recording has to be near bullet proof.

Recording what?

Sorry I was not clear enough, I meant TV recording - particularly when I have several shows to be recorded when on holiday and, for some reason, either the desktop has a problem or a  re-boot occurs.
