Anyone try Rhino Linux?
« on: January 08, 2024, 12:23:05 pm »

Rhino Linux looks pretty interesting. Rolling distro. Ubuntu based. Neat UI

https://rhinolinux.org/

I currently use Ubuntu LTS (20.04) for my home server, but in a few years I will need to upgrade. Sure, it can go well, or not :-)

A rolling release has the benefit of not needing to perform a major upgrade every 5 years. Sure, I only need to upgrade maybe 5 or 6 times for the rest of my life (I'm 60), but those upgrades can get harder as I get older!

So, anyone try Rhino yet? Any comments, either in general or JRiver related?

Thanks

Mostly a headphone guy. I use JRiver exclusively for music.

Stick to the major distros and thank yourself later.
