Windows iTunes is gone, now what?

I've got a new PC and when I went to install iTunes in order to maintain my iPhone exports from MediaCenter, Apple is saying to download their 3 replacement Apps instead from the Windows App Store. I guess iTunes is still available if those don't work.

I think MediaCenter was using some iTunes SDK support with their exports. Yes, it's true, see attached.

Before I go down some Rabbit hole I'm wondering how to proceed. Should I go with iTunes while its still available or the 3 new Apps?

Apple Music app, Apple TV app, and Apple Devices app.
