Volume leveling.

Is there a simple way to make the volume leveling permanent?  I have flac files that I have transferred to a 512gb flash drive to play in a Ford vehicle SYNC 3.  I want to volume level the flash drive.  I did do the analysis but it only writes info for replay gain and info for JRiver.
