OK, this comment spans both the Windows and the Linux versions. I'm posting it here in the Windows area because that seems to be where the errant behavior occurs.
The details:
On my Linux Mint laptop, with the current version of both Linux Mint and MC, I have configured in Options to start on the Start page. And, that is what occurs.
On my Windows 10 desktop, with the current versions of Windows 10 and MC, I have Options configured to start on the Start page.
But it doesn't start on that page.
One difference in the two scenarios is that the Window desktop also is configured to run the MC server upon startup.
So, that leads me to ask, does the MC server have some "memory" that seems to override what I configure in the startup options?
(Options> Startup>Startup Interface>Location:Start)
If so, how can I override that memory?
