TS AC-4 support in new UHD DVBT2 channel

There is a brand new channel here in France  on DVBT that is UHD . More are coming this year. The JRIver recording is excellent and in the file mediainfo gives audio channels  1 in AC-4 and 3 on eac3. JRiver recognize and plays only the eac3 channels.
Is AC-4 of a better audio quality then eac3 ?
If yes how can I get it ?

Have you tried right clicking in the video area during playback and choosing "Streams" then choosing the AC-4 track?

USA ATSC 3.0 uses AC-4 and JRiver can play it multichannel pcm, not bitsreaming.

Yes of course when I rignt click I see only the eac3 channels although I know that AC-4 is in the file.

Yes here is a one minute recording I just made. Hope it is not too big. Around 150mB . I don't know how to cut it below 3mB so here is a link. Hope it works

Same result here with your sample file, using JRiver and Zoom Player. Neither are showing the AC-4 stream! Maybe the broadcast station is "doing it wrong"?
