PIN protect
« on: September 25, 2024, 07:20:59 pm »

Is there a way to password/pin protect a video view.  That seems like that would be a useful feature, but I  have not been able to find anything of the sort anywhere.

How would that work? A user would only need to create a new smartlist/view to access all hidden files.
You can instead create multiple users and restrict which files each user sees.

View > User > Create new user > modify access of that user based on many variables.

Problem is, it doesn't work at all on "Remotes" like Android or Gizmo or Panel etc.
Problem is, windows clients follow the Server. You have to manually change the "User" after starting the Client (every time). There is no way to startup as a different user.
