Settings menu items scalability
« on: January 23, 2025, 05:50:07 am »

I use a 1920x1080 screen from a distance with old eyes and Windows 10 is set to 150% scaling for me to see properly. JRiver's 'view-size-150%' is the only size that fits me but JRiver's (33) pop-up set up items seem to have a problem with scaling when you tweak its size.
If I adjust via editing the exe file's compatibility to
- dpi-enhanced-system then I don't have to use the view-size-150 setting and it uses windows' setting
- dpi-enhanced(application) then I have to set the 'view-size-150'
But in both situations the larger setting items (i.e. tools-options-general- playing now popup) do not fit the screen and leave 'OK - Cancel' icons out of the screen. You can't drag the window or scale it so I have to decrease the overall size for many settings. I tried different skins but it doesn't seem to be skin-specific.
Is there a workaround or can you make those setting windows resizable when dragged from the edges?
