Unplayable Tracks in MC

I have an album that was ripped from vinyl that originally played in MC but now there is white noise whenever any track on the album is played.  This wasn't always true but more and more tracks exhibited this until the entire album became unplayable.  However, the tracks can still be played in the Finder and by another music player (Colibri).  First thought it was Apple's security system but I now have SIP disabled and I still does it.  At wits end.  Anyone with any suggestions? :'(

What file format are the files saved in?  Have you tried re-running audio analysis on the files?

aiff but they did play originally.  Analyse Audio does seem to have some strange results:

Clean File Properties has no effect

Check and make sure you don't have something odd in audio settings like DSD output format or some unusual settings in DSP studio.
Maybe turn off exclusive mode in MC's audio device settings if it's on.


If it still won't play, can you zip one up and email it to me?
