question on JREMOTE 3
« on: May 16, 2025, 12:14:32 am »

I tried the latest version of JREMOTE. It appeared to work right off the bat from the first time I loaded it. The problem is that it is playing the music on the panel speaker instead of the server speaker. Here is what I did. I powered up the Windows Pro 11 NUC music server. I started JRiver. I went to the Samsung Tab A9 panel and started JREMOTE 3. I chose some music which made no sound. I turned up the volume on the panel and it was playing the song. I figured there was someplace to tell JREMOTE to send the audio to the SRC-DX device that is connected to the end of the USB cable that starts at the NUC. If you go into JRiver> Tools >Audio you see that it is set to output to the SRX-DX device with a WASABI driver.  How do I make the audio output go where JRiver setup shows it.

In JRemote3 you can click the concentric circles in the bottom left of the screen to select your desired playback zone.
