After ripping several CD's, I realized that m3u playlists were not automatically be generated.  After searching the forums and reading the documentation, I can't seem to find how to do two very simple things.

1) How do I automatically generate m3u playlists while ripping? Is there an option to do this?

2) How to create playlists for the CD's I've already ripped?  I see that I can right click on a folder and say "Send to new playlist", but it doesn't seem to actually create and output the playlist to my hard drive.

Media Jukebox looks to be the sort of program that could replace the three separate programs that I currently use to rip, burn and play music, but not being able to do the playlists is annoying.
