"Invalid license" dialog...
« on: November 10, 2002, 10:45:19 pm »

Just used one of my restores and got the above dialog.  I've read the FAQ and searched AND rebooted ;) and no joy.  Same thing every time.  Any suggestions?

I had the same problem (and I didn't get so much help from JRiver...).

Try to do the following:

I uninstalled MJ9, (re)installed MJ8, registered it successfully with the same key which didn't run for MJ9 and then I upgraded to MJ9 and it was registered also.

That worked for me.

Please try the latest MJ 9 build (9.0.76). It had a bug fix in this area. Also, if you still get the invalid license message with the new build, you should get a code number which would help us debug the problem.
Thanks!

p.s.:  I cleared your restore counter.
