Will EMusic use Ogg Vorbis?

I'm just getting interested in the EMusic service.  I'm also just re-encoding my own music collection to .ogg files.  Has anyone seen anything on whether EMusic may make their music tracks available in the .ogg format?

I think they could save bandwith with smaller .ogg files of equal audio quality to .mp3 and also avoid the royalties to Fraunhofer.
