SHN Conversion?

Will MC 9.1.xxx convert SHN to and from wav?  I know it works via other formats i.e. APE.

On another note, What formats will IPOD support?

Doesn't the MC Shorten plug-in only support playback?  I didn't think it was capable of conversion.

I use db PowerAmp Converter.  It's free and has codec support out the wazoo: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm
