Ghosts in my System
« on: May 16, 2003, 12:25:25 pm »

I go away on holliday to america, get back today from Florida after a LOVELY trip with gorgeous weather to a rainly cloudy england and some MORONIC beaurocrats being totally unhelpful when I try to get my car sorted out with it's Road Tax.

Anyway, after an awful return home I turn on my system and load up AV2.
BHAM!! Dont ask me what has happened, I have NO idea and I know it wasn't down to anyone else using this system while I was away.

EVERY single one of my albums except for two have cover art??
Ones that it just wouldn't find cover art for before.

It's amazing, they've all got art for them now. I have NO idea what happened but I'll say one thing - AV is looking sooooo perrty with all the pics :)

Ahhh good ... I see my "fetch artwork while you are on holiday" code works :D

Just wait till you see the "have dinner on the table when you get in from work" code ;)

I'm still waiting for your code for:

'get nila the friends of the wife in the jeep in the film 'old school' to go out with him'.

I just watched that film and man, those women are STUNNING!! I'd marry them on day one and GIVE them all my money, they wouldn't even have to ask for it :)

Ah - and Rhino - any chance of speaking to King and maybe incorporating his code for getting cover art into AV so that we could right click and choose 'get cover art' and it'd get it for us for the album?

I'd settle for the "...clean the gutters and fix the leaky roof" code.

The SDK must be fair skinned, can't be in the sun too long. Typical.

Hmm,

The SDK doesn't have many handy man skills does it.
Is it much of a playa? Can it cook? Clean? What good can it do other than just sorting my music?
