How do I enable scrollbars on the track info page?

I am using a custom track info HTML page that I made to display track info and it works fine.  However, the scrollbars only appear until it is done loading and then they disappear leaving me without the ability to scroll up and down the page.  How can I fix this?

Right click into Track Info > Enable ScrollBars

If that's not the solution, maybe you can post your template?
