Memory: Total - 523 MB, Free - 319 MB
OS: Microsoft Windows 2000  Workstation 5.0 Service Pack 2 (Build 2195)

I am really bumming - tried many encoders no luck - any help?

Update W2k to SP3
Update ASPI to 4.71.2

Try that...if it still doesn't work...explain prob in more detail
