I apologize for bringing up a topic that is theoretically covered in FAQ’s.  I installed real player v8. I tried to get to the posted URL.  I even turned off  Zone Alarm to try to get there.  No go.

Well, the URL has now been changed on the FAQ page.  Maybe the problem with connecting was that they were shutting down the page.  But, no matter,  I have installed Real Player v8 and I can't get rm's to play.  *That* is the problem.

I want to use Media Jukebox, rather than Real Player, to play rm.
