Zen Xtra problem
« on: January 17, 2004, 04:10:53 am »

Firstly, just to point out that the plug-in page is still giving the zen xtra plug-in as version 9.0.31 although downloading it installs version 9.0.32.

Secondly, I am having major problems synchronisig the zen. When I choose 'all music' playlist (which I assume is the only way to synchronise the whole library), MC10 starts the process and then just shuts down completely after about 5 seconds. It does this every time.

Any ideas?

System info is as follows:

Hi,

I also experienced a few problems with the Zen (xtra) plugin v..32. They are aware of it and it is currently on the "to-do" list. Until it is fixed, I would go with the software that came with the unit OR go to redchairsoftware.com and get their "notmad" software. Rated the best interface for the Nomads. Use it myself. Excellent!

I wanted to use the MC version so I can do everything under one roof, but for now, I stick with the notmad utility. Very light on resources too!

Cheers, dennis
