Lowerright skin:What means Auto Restore ?

I just downloaded the Lowerright minime skin, which I already used in Media Jukebox at the time and which I fid fantastic. ( I didn't use MJB for a time, but returned to MediaCenter the other day-love it !).
One thing I don't understand and maybe it is stupid, but whar does the Auto Restore option do/mean ?

While playing and mini-me minimized (not showing), each time a track changes...mini-me will Auto Restore (or return to view) for a few seconds showing you the new playing track.  Mostly annoying...I would disable it.
