Most of the time I'm using MC to play music it's minimised - is there any way to have track info displayed?

The Write Playing plugin will change the title bar of MC to whatever is playing (also shows up in the task bar when minimized).  It also creates a text file that can be used for email and message board tags.

I am not sure, but I suspect it will break any Girder commands... Only important if you use Girder.

You may want to check it out...

Sorry, I should have mentioned that before... Write Playing is listed under Interface Plugins.  Should be the first one listed.

the playing now pop up is excellent, but if you minimise MC to the system tray then when you move the cursor over the icon it gives you the details of the current track which is pretty neat
