Flashing on bottom of Album Image window...

Logitech keyboard volume control causes flashing on the bottom 15 percent of the Action Window Image View (album covers) each time a volume key is pressed.  This happens only on the Image view window & not on any of the other Action Windows.

Any thoughts on this ?
