Zone Compatible Media Reciever w/ Alarm Clock?

Does this exist?  I'm looking for a MP3 media reciever that I can connect to my network and play MP3s from, but I want to be able to also sync it with my main stereo, so I'd like it to be supported by zone sync, also I would like it to replace my alarm clock.  Does such a thing exist?

Can anyone recomend a good media reciever that can be operated with only a remote and do these things?  Or am I asking too much, and it doesn't exist yet.
