I'm using 11.0.148, which I'll now change, but I've been using MC with my iPod and since I changed to MC11 I can't sync properly.  My 30GB iPod is almost full with 5741 songs on 27.6GB.  When I initialize the machine I can transfer all of my files, but when I listen for a couple of days, and rate some songs then try to sync MC says that I don't have enough room on my iPod, (I think it lists -27GB or so).  This is without changing/adding/or removing files from my computer.

I have the same problem with Creative Jukebox 3. It keeps trying to add the files twice at every snchronization.
This has happen for the builds within the last two weeks.

Thanks
Dom

Files from MC10, when openned in MC11, . . . . . MC11 shows BPM and Intensity as EMPTY, causing a need to re-analyze audio files (this occurs although all fields were full in MC10).

Files from MC11, when openned in MC10 do not show any RP settings other than BPM.

Is this intentional or a bug?

BTW- this occurred with mp3 files, did not test with other formats

Do you have those library tags also in the files? Like this:

Action Window > File Properties > File Type Info

ID3v2 Tag: (950 bytes)
TBPM (BPM (beats per minute)): 77
  COMM (Replay Gain): -15,393979999999999
  COMM (Peak Level): 1
  COMM (Intensity): 2

If you don't have them check your Library Fields options. The format of those ID3v2 tags looks identical in MC10 and MC11.

CUE File Support

Just a reminder that CUE file support was started but is not complete by any means.
While doing this and that, maybe you could revisit this too.

Thanks!

Another iPod Bug:
I can't seem to get anything in the iPod's database. I.e. when I sync the iPod with MC, songs will be added to the player's harddrive, however they won't show up on the iPod itself. In MC it says unsupported file-format or something similar when I look at the content of the iPod.

I've tried initializing the iPod as well as reformatting it with the iPod software but I still won't work.

Hope you fix it soon.

I don't really have a solution (would've suggested reinitializing, but you've already done that) -- but, I saw the same thing you did in MC -- namely that the iPod window in MC said a bunch of files had "unsupported file format". In my case, all those files were .mp4 files from iTunes. However, those songs DID transfer and they DO play on the iPod.

So there is some bug in what MC shows in the iPod window, but in my case, it didn't interfere with the correct actions happening.
