MC 11.0.173 Installation problem

When I was installing 11.0.173 it said that it could not copy all files and asked to restart Windows. Upon restart it complained that it still could not copy something like aa.zip. Everything worked ok afterwards.

It happened on 2 computers.
Yes, all other copies of MC were killed. I even removed installation directory.

I had the same problem, same results. No idea what aa.zip is, but that's what it said the problem was.
