New expression evaluation in custom fields : how to?
« on: March 29, 2005, 05:28:59 am »

I'm playing with the new (and very cool) expression evaluator introduced in the recent builds of MC11 :
I tryed to create a calculated custom field with the help of expressions like If(...) Mid(...) & Cie but it ends up in showing my expression's code (without  evaluating it).

Am I missing something or is this (still) not possible? (I mean "create a custom field with the use of expressions")
If it's still impossible, Is there a chance to see it soon?

I'd like that too.  So far the only way I know that you can use expressions is in view scheme items and columns in views.
