Name Field - Revisited

I'm in the process of reripping 500+ CD to ape format. They've been ripped before; they've been submitted to YADB before.

When I put the CD into the CD drive, all fields except name is filled in. I try to fill the fields from yadb and get back no information.

Any ideas on what is going on?
