Hiya!

I am running Media Server on a central machine, with (up to) three machines connected across a standard 100Mb LAN.

The clients don't seem to get the lyrics of the songs displayed in their Track Info display.

(Earlier I posted a question about the album cover art, which also doesn't get sent to the client end).

Would it be possible to have a decent FAQ concerning the Media Server functions, please?

ie. what DOES the Media Server support / send to the clients.

It seems a little disappointing that the clients do not get certain info transferred to them (I'm mainly interested in the cover art and lyrics, but there may be other info which is "stripped" out of the data sent to the client).

That's why I think it would be good to know exactly what the Media Server does and doesn't "serve". The information about Media Server both in the Help and the FAQ is pretty slim.
