Log file for ripping
« on: June 29, 2005, 11:42:43 am »

This build still saves a log with the name of the last track of the album.  This has been around for a long time. Is this intended?

Steps:
--------
1) Insert new disc - select rip
2) Setting are to secure rip and encode simulaneously to APE, Normal compression
3) Tracks save to Artist/album/Track number-Track name
4) When rip completes, click "Close"

If I then go to the file location in Widows explorer, there is a rip log saved with the same name as the last track of the album.

First: Should this always be saved if I do not tell it to save the log?
Second: Is the name of the last track the best name for it?  I sure don't think so.

Link,

1)
Check your setting for "Auto-create log file in secure rip mode" in Options\Devices\CD Ripping\Advanced Ripping Options\File management

2)
It'll have to do for now...
