mini-me always on top

I use the Blade mini-me which is perfect, but is there anyway to always keep it on top?

The closest thing I found is under- Player > Display Options > Configure Display; The general box for "Windowed mode 'always on top'."  I've checked it, but can't tell what that has done.  Nothing stays on top.

Right-click on the player in Mini-Me view and select Options | Always on Top. You might need to click in a few places to get the Options menu displayed.
