MJ wont read my CD Text on my CD

I have some CDs that I burnt a year ago with regular audio files on them (I think .cda), I used CD text when I burnt them so my CD player would display the Artist, Album, Track name.  But when I go to rip these CDs to mp3s using MJ, MJ does not read the CD Text on the disk.  Any suggestions on how to get MJ to read the CD text on these home made disks?  The disks were made with Roxio 4.

Can other programs read the CD Text on that particular CD?

I can read the CD text on my Sony CD player and using CDex, but MJ doesn't - help!

Make sure you have the latest version of MJ 8. There was a bug fix on this a while ago.
