I have my music located in subfolders beneath \\htpc\c\music and I have some cover art files in \\htpc\c\music\images. NONE of the songs show association with any of the images. I tried "clear cover art" on all the files then I tried "Quick find in cover art folder" and "Get from Internet" and even "Get from file" where I pointed to the exact artist/album matching jpg and it still doesn't show up in the playlists nor the file location lists (the column is there but it's all blanks). I even went into another app and embedded a cover art into an mp3 but it doesn't appear in MC either!!! Why can't I get any art to embed into mp3 files?

Not sure about the embedded image, but in general do you have the correct folder or technique set in media center to find the cover art?

Look here : Tools / Options / File Location / Track Images Location

My bad, I had a typo in the path name!!

Thanks! Looks like I'll have to do a bit of manual work though, only about 30% of my songs found matching covers on the net even though they all have album names.
