Of streaming audio using other software...  Can I configure MJ to real-ly play streaming audio files...  And if I can, can I use a "line in" type of recording session to capture them...?

Or should this be a wish list item...?

You should be able to record assuming your sound card has full-duplex capability (play/record at the same time), which most have. Set the MJ recorder to record from "mixer" and then go into the windows mixer to select "wave" or "sum" or "all" as the source depending on your sound card. See "line-in recording tips" on the help menu on this page for more info. Start with the volume (in windows mixer) at 50% and test for quality.

Some streams are in fact downlodable[?] with Download Manager from MJ.
You get them as full mp3.It is the case with streams from mp3.com and some other places.
You may try to see if it works with the streams you are listening to
