JRiver working ??

I have 2 soundcards (SB Live 2 channel and SB 7 channel 24 BIT LIVE). I want to setup 2 zones. I read the directionS in JRiver for setting up multizones. Though, I cannot get the 2 channel soundcard to work. Once I set the zone to the 2-ch it outputs out of the 7-ch. I have no conflicts in device manager. Am I doing something wrong ?
