BUG:Change encoder settings while syncing

I tried changing the encoder settings today while syncing my iPod. This was a bad thing.

It allowed me to change the settings however when I clicked OK to close the dialog box MC hung.

I was going from OGG->MP3 using LAME.

The expected behavior for me was to finish out any transcoding that was going on and then new transcoding threads used the new settings.
