Podcasts - Episode Status progress bar not working for me.

When a podcast is downloading, the status bar shows empty and the progress shows at 0% until the download is complete.  Download status works fine with v11 on this same machine.

Never mind as an MC12 issue.  Seeing the same thing in other apps as well.  Weird thing is that this is happening on at least  two different machines.  Wonder if a recent windows update broke something.

Edit:  Would guess that this issue is related to ISP issues and not Windows.  Currently getting ~30% packet loss on a trace to my ISP's home page.
