Theater View "Add" or "Add All" vs just "Play All"
« on: October 15, 2006, 08:25:18 am »

In MC 11.0, you could build the now playing list from multiple playlists by choosing "add" from the playlist screen.  MC 12 appears to only allow "play all".  Is there a way to add tracks from multiple playlists on the fly in theater view?

Thanks for the assistance.

To clarify...this ? relates to using theater mode with a remote control, not a mouse.  I see that when using a mouse, you can right click to bring up the ADD or Play options.  When using a remote that has only up, down, left, right, select, etc... how would I do this?  In MC 11, select/enter brings up the ADD or Play options.

The context menu with the options you're referring to now appears only when you arrive at the file level of a view scheme - ie, the last level in the hierarchy. This is perfect for building playlists as you've described. However, you can still bring up the menu at any time by using the keyboard menu key (VK_APPS) or the right button mouse key. Map either of these to your remote control.
