MC 12 Menus

When I click the File menu, I notice a nice transparent menu.  The rest of the menu's do not seem to work like this.  Is this a bug?

This is by design. When a menu is not over a display window, it will show transparent. If it overlaps a display window it becomes solid. Originally in early versions, all menus were transparent (at least in the new skin) but it had issues with at least hardware driven displays getting corrupted. You can download an all solid version of the Noire skin provided by gylnor here. FWIW

Lol.  It seems to be fixed in .96 because the menus are all transparent now.  Thanks!
