Version 9 bug?

I realize that in the thread related to the download of ver. 9, it stated that some things might not work. Is the fact that files cannot be decoded and then re-encoded to a different format, one of these things? BTW this happens with any one of the included plugins, including WMA.

At this point, a lot of things don't work.  Please try the next build later this week (Wednesday?).
