I just posted version 2.1.0 of the WavPack decoder plugin on Sourceforge.  http://mcplugins.sourceforge.net

It incorporates the same "next" crash bug fixes as the Flac decoder, so I think these are now completely squashed.  Image file handling is incorporated, so you can now save cover art to the files.  Odd-bitrates are now supported (e.g. 16 and 20) but 32-bit integer files are giving me trouble.  32-bit floats work fine.  Unicode handling is improved, so hopefully all of those issues are gone (I still have to go back and fix the flac plugins).

Please let me know if you find any bugs...

Now that the Internet is working better, I can do some testing.
