12.0.139 Shell Extension crashing Explorer

I noticed that 12.0.139's shell extension seems to be crashing explorer.  I tried disabling the shell extension and all seems fine.  Just FYI :)

I also started seeing random explorer crashes (x64) until I updated to the most recent build. Been fine since then.
