Where can I change default DVD behavior?

Is there a way to change MC so double clicking a DVD (VIDEO_TS) file will start playing in the small display window instead of jumping right to full screen?  With music video DVDs, I often like just the audio and only want the video in a small window.

options>General>Behavior>Jump on Play.
