Hi all,

am new to the forums, but just have a couple of questions regarding the media centre which have been bugging me.

I have a Creative Zen Vision (M) device, 30 GB, all the latest patches and software updates are on it, i have Windows XP Service Pack 2, and yet whenever i try synching playlists i have created or indeed imported into Media Centre, it copies the files but not the playlists..so i am a bit mystified as to what is causing that and would appreciate a possible solution. 

Here is the system info from Media Centre as well if it is of any help:

What firmware do you have installed? Some international firmware configures the device as UMS rather than MTP. We don't support the Vision:M  in that mode.
