skip when shuffling/remember position

Hi everybody!

Does MC12 support "skip when shuffling" and maybe also "remember playback position", especially for syncing with iPods?
How do I set these properties?
The background is that I am having a few Christmas albums I'd like to keep on my iPod, but not having them played in shuffle mode.
It's kind of embarrassing to listen to some chill-out music in the middle of summer and suddenly you get "Last christmas..." or something.  ;D
