What's the general consensus on using the "Notes" field vs. using the "Comments" field?  It seems like the "Comments" field is better to use for most things since this field appears in more of the track info skins, but I'm not clear what the "intended" uses of these fields really are.

I realize that this is a rather subjective topic, but I'd like to hear what other people have to say about this.
