Video Playback Looping

When trying to play one of my .mpg video files, the playback does  starts for one second then loops over and over. The file is over 46 MB in size and it plays well in Windows Media Player and RealOne Player. This file is the only .mpg file that has problems playing in Media Jukebox. All others play normally. I have the latest version of Media Jukebox.
