Only the genres show up in the Theater View Audio section for me. I have looked and the "Show In Theater View" option is checked for the "Artist/Album" view scheme, for example, but it is not showing up in Theater View (none of the other default ones are)? Am I missing something simple here?

Nope, not quite. They're all in there. About a month and a half ago, they added some built-in views to Theater View. Instead of just showing the contents of your regular Standard View Audio "tree", it shows only it's own "special" built-in view. This can be changed back to the old way though. For Child View Schemes to show up in Theater View with new versions you have to switch Theater View from the new "built-in" views to show the "top level" view. So, for Audio:
1. Open Audio in Theater View.
2. Hit the Views button on the left. This will pop up a list showing all the new built-in views, in addition to letting you choose to Toggle the different view styles (Thumbnails, Details, or the new Lineup mode).
3. Pick "Audio" from the list that pops up.
This will put it back to the way it was before. For Images and Video, you can do the same thing.
