New smartlist editor - need 'move up/move down' and 'insert' functions

Just made my first changes to a smartlist using the new editor and really wished it had the following:
Insert (for adding a new entry in the middle of the current criteria)
Move up/Move down (for changing the order of he current criteria)

As it stands now, to do either requires a lot of re-building or an export/import and doing it all in a text editor.
